My Fitness Pal...Is My Best Friend

My Fitness Pal is a great FREE resource to use if you are trying to lose or maintain weight, get healthy, and/or track your workouts. I have used it on and off for years and it is a great way to ensure you hold yourself to the promise you made to yourself of being healthy.
Map My Fitness, another great FREE resource, that syncs with My Fitness Pal, tracks your workouts, the routes you take, and how many calories you burn.
The best part of the two websites/apps syncing is that, when you burn calories, it gives you some back so you can either a. eat more, or b. see how many calories you are burning.
